The Qiddiya Project (Lower Plateau) showcases 4CON's expertise in delivering comprehensive civil and electromechanical works. It encompasses mobilization site preparation, infrastructure services, and extensive construction of specialized facilities, including tanks, pumping stations, and sewage systems. This project underscores 4CON's commitment to quality, precision, and alignment with sustainable development goals.
4CON contributed to the Qiddiya Project (Lower Plateau) by:
- Preparing mobilization sites with offices, warehouses, and workshops.
- Constructing a 10,000 m³ drinking water tank and related facilities.
- Building irrigation water GLS tanks (2,500 m³ capacity) and infrastructure.
- Developing sewage plants with advanced biological and chemical treatment systems.
- Completing DCP chilled water infrastructure, including 32 chiller bases.
- Executing over 10 km of multi-utility infrastructure (water, sewage, drainage, and power).
